In 2014, 19-year-old Anton lives a lonely life in a million program area in a city in southern Sweden.
At school he feels left out and in the area where he lives he has been attacked by a bunch of guys who called him racist and white. Both Anton and his brother Jonas have joined the far-right Swedes’ party, which is now arranging trips to help the nationalist forces that have grown strong in Ukraine.
Anton decides to go and buys a ticket to Kiev. There he becomes part of a right-wing extremist militia group and when Russian forces enter eastern Ukraine he joins a volunteer battalion. Back home in Sweden, Anton’s brother gets worried and he decides to go after his brother.
Anton and Jonas are actually called something else.
The program premiered in 2017 and is made by Sigrid Edsenius.
