– The wounds from Sarajevo are a story about the state between the war and peace, because in the time of peace, war is constantly present. It is also about what happens in a family that is characterized by pain and where the children are forced to grow up quickly and the parents end up in a position of dependence, says Dejan Cokorilo.
– Through my story, I want to get to grips with the feelings and thoughts that circulate in other people in Sweden who have lived with the war and the pain for 20 years.
