Although temperatures in the southern parts of the country are relatively high on Monday, they are forecast to remain largely below zero until early April. As the low-pressure front continues tonight, it will dodge cold airflow from the north in places along with snowfall.
“Even though we’ve moved into summer time, the weather is going to be pretty wintery,” Borgström said.
