In Mariupol, fighting is taking place between Russian and Ukrainian forces. Of the 160,000 civilians, many no longer dare to leave basements and shelters. Mayor’s adviser Petro Andriushchenko, who says there is a lack of electricity, water and food and that there are children who are in shelters without their parents.
