COVID-19 mortality was higher among men, low paid and unemployed.
The results are made from a Statistics Denmark analysis of deaths in Denmark between 1 March 2020 and New Year 2021, where 61 deaths were reported per year. 100,000 citizens in Denmark due to corona.

Adjusting the frequency to age, mortality among men was recorded as twice as high as women.

Anne Vinkel Hansen from Statistics Denmark claims that several other factors such as lifestyle and health-related problems can affect these rates, but these hypotheses have not yet been investigated.

Fewer Ukrainian refugees come to Denmark than expected
