The building is built of wood and concrete and is designed as a supportive and healthy learning environment with many different educational opportunities in the same building.
“Since the beginning of the year, we have worked closely with city and school representatives in planning the school. We have also leveraged NCC’s in-depth expertise in building schools with local experts in the field. Construction will begin in May 2022 and the school is expected to be completed in early 2024.
The transaction is a turnkey agreement with an order value of approximately EUR 270 million. and will be recognized in orders in the second quarter of 2022 in the NCC Building Nordics business area.
