In the running track

“Interval training is better than long-distance running”, “cardio training is more important than strength training”, “man is built for long-distance running”. Our dynamic duo are a little confused about these categorical statements and therefore turn to science to get answers to what is true, false or in between. As an expert, we hear physiotherapist and author Jacob Gudiol. Jacob has a Master’s degree in Sports Science and was named Folk Educator of the Year 2021.
