Josef Fares took home last winter’s Game of the Year award for “It Takes Two” at The Game Awards in Los Angeles, which is usually described as the world’s largest gaming gala. Also won two BAFTA statuettes for best family game and best multiplayer game.
Josef Fares first broke through as a film director with the hits “Jalla! Jalla! ”,“ Kopps ”and“ Zozo ”before leaving the film industry and founding the game development company Hazelight Studios.
Josef Fares about his Summer Talk:
– I’ll talk about why I left the film world for the gaming industry. Maybe my strong passion for video games, which I have known since I was little, can inspire the Swedish people to pick up the hand control and play.
