Katrine Marçal is a journalist and author living in the UK. She writes for Dagens Nyheter about economics and politics.
Her book “Who Cooked Adam Smith’s Dinner?” which deals with women and economics is translated into more than 20 languages. It was nominated for the August Prize and named by The Guardian as one of the books of the year.
Her latest book, “To invent the world”, tells about how women’s inventions are excluded from the history of innovation. The book has been translated into several languages and the American edition was nominated for “The Andrew Carnegie Medal for Excellence in Nonfiction”.
