STOCKHOLM, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) — All four on board are believed to have been killed when a private jet crashed into the Baltic Sea on Sunday evening, according to Swedish media reports.
“There is no hope that we will find survivors,” Sveriges Television quoted a spokesperson at the Swedish Joint Rescue Coordination Center as saying.
Wreckage and an oil spill were discovered in the sea between Sweden and Latvia.
The plane was on its way from Spain to Germany when it veered off course for an unknown reason, Dagens Nyheter reported.
