Iran of the protests
The strong, very persistent protest movement is the revolution of many Iranians, but especially of women. Conversation with Cecilia Uddén, Sveriges Radio’s Middle East correspondent.
Dark winter in Ukraine
l Ukraine has over a million households without electricity after Russia launched attacks on the country’s energy supply in recent weeks. Now refugees are being asked to wait until spring to return to the country, because the electricity grid is so heavily loaded.
And for those who remain in Ukraine, a cold and dark winter awaits, with constant power outages and the risk of new attacks. Report by Sveriges Radio’s correspondent Lubna El-Shanti
Before the election in Denmark
The Danish criminal policy is a great source of inspiration for the new Swedish government. But in the Danish election campaign, the issue of crime and punishment is not particularly hot. There is consensus around the pursued policy, which is now to be further tightened. Report by Nina Benner and conversation with Swedish Radio’s Denmark correspondent Samuel Larsson.
