Right now: Former Lundin Oil CEO may be sentenced for international law violations in Sweden

  • Earlier today, the Supreme Court announced that a Swedish court is competent to hear the indictment against the Swiss citizen who was previously CEO of Lundin oil.

  • The indictment concerns violations of international law and these must, according to the indictment, have been committed in between the years 1999 and 2003.
