Earlier today, the Supreme Court announced that a Swedish court is competent to hear the indictment against the Swiss citizen who was previously CEO of Lundin oil.
The indictment concerns violations of international law and these must, according to the indictment, have been committed in Sudan between the years 1999 and 2003.
