In the media, he is described as one of Sweden’s most dangerous criminals with a reputation for being a secret agent, being behind the “Romanian murders” and having murdered a mafia member.
It all begins in the summer of 1986 when a dead body floats up in Sydhamnen in Helsingborg. Later, the police find two more murdered people. The media writes about the so-called Romanian murders. Suspicions are soon directed at the compatriot of the dead: Ioan Ursut.
