This afternoon on Miklabraut near Skeifan there was a road accident involving five vehicles. The collision caused significant traffic disruption. Four ambulances and one fire engine were called to the scene. Three people were taken to the emergency room. According to Ásgeir Halldórsson, assistant fire chief, the situation is now under control.
