When the church council in Spekeröd-Ucklum’s parish hires its new priest Fredrik Sidenvall in the summer of 2022, they have good hopes for the future. But for church council chairman Stefan Lahrin, a gnawing gut feeling remains. There is something that doesn’t feel quite right with the priest.
And in just six months, the entire business is demolished. The priest Fredrik Sidenvall is under pressure from all sides. Employees resign, a vote of no confidence is presented, two protest signs are put up and a petition is started.
