Price Matters: Observations on Finnish consumer behavior and purchasing trends

The K group has found that consumers are moving towards cheaper alternatives and are interested in the store’s own brands. However, sales of vegetables and fruits have decreased, and about a fifth of customers eat unhealthily due to the increase in the price of healthier options. To encourage healthier choices, the K group has set specific goals, including the goal that consumers eat half a kilo of vegetables a day.
